John Higgins is one of the greatest snooker players of all time and has won the World Championship on three occasions - in 1998, 2007 and 2009. He has won more than 20 ranking tournaments, including both the Grand Prix and British Open four times apiece.
Mark Williams became the first left-hander to win the World Championship when he triumphed in 2000 and then repeated his success in 2003. A loss of form saw him drop out of the top 16 but he regained his touch in style by winning the 2010 China Open.
Neil Robertson became the first Australian to win the world title when he defeated Graeme Dott 18-13 in the 2010 final at the Crucible. Robertson has also won the Grand Prix (twice), the Welsh Open, the World Open and an event in Bahrain.
